How PPHU ASTO s.c. (MEGA STRONG) uses data from this website and the contact form.

Controller

PPHU „ASTO” s.c., Katarzyna Kusa and Tomasz Kusa, ul. mjr. Mieczysława Tarchalskiego 2B, 42-230 Koniecpol, Poland. E-mail: biuro@MS-lyzki.pl, phone +48 34 355 16 40.

What we collect

From the contact form: name, phone, e-mail, optional company NIP, machine data and the message. Server logs may store IP address and the time of the request.

Company lookup by NIP

The Polish version of the contact form has a button that fills in the company name and address from the NIP (Polish tax ID). When you use it, our server — not your browser — queries the public register of VAT taxpayers kept by the Polish Ministry of Finance (the “white list”, wl-api.mf.gov.pl). Only the NIP number is sent; no other form data goes to the Ministry. The result is used only to fill in the form, and you can always type the company details yourself instead.

Purpose

We use the data only to answer the enquiry and to prepare a quote. We do not sell contact lists and we do not send marketing unless you ask for a catalogue follow-up in the message.

Legal basis

Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR — steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry. Consent checkboxes on the form cover the processing needed to reply.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the quote and any later order, then for the period required by accounting rules if a sale follows.

YouTube videos

The home page and the Star bucket page show videos from our YouTube channel. Until you click a video you only see a thumbnail stored on our own server, and your browser does not connect to YouTube or any other Google server.

Only after you click do we load the player from youtube-nocookie.com (YouTube privacy-enhanced mode). From that moment Google Ireland Limited (and through it Google LLC) receives, among other things, your IP address, browser data and which video is played, and the player may store its own files or data on your device. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We treat the click as your consent to load the video (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR); nothing is sent without it. Google’s policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Cookies and statistics (Google Analytics)

On your first visit we show a banner with three options: “Accept”, “Reject” or “Settings”. Your choice is saved in your browser (localStorage, key ms_cookie_consent) for 12 months, after which we ask again. You can change or withdraw it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Necessary: only the record of your choice. It is not used for tracking and is not sent anywhere.

Statistics — Google Analytics 4 (only with consent): only after you click “Accept” (or enable statistics in the settings) does the site load the Google Analytics script. Without consent the script is not downloaded, no statistics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. After consent, Google Ireland Limited (and through it Google LLC) receives, among other things, a truncated IP address, browser and device data, the pages you visit and these events: sending the enquiry form, clicking our phone number or e-mail address, and downloading a PDF catalogue. We do not send the content of the form or your contact details. The _ga and _ga_* cookies are kept for up to 13 months and the data in Google Analytics for 14 months. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off; we do not ask for advertising consent. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Purpose: visit statistics and improving the site. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the Polish Electronic Communications Law). Withdrawing consent does not affect processing before the withdrawal; when you withdraw, we delete the _ga cookies from your browser. Google’s policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

YouTube: the YouTube player may store its own files, but only after you click a video (see above).
