Star screening and crushing bucket
One attachment screens and grinds in the same pass. Elastic polymer star discs do not jam or shatter on oversized stone. Replaceable HARDOX inner covers protect the drive and stiffen the box.
How the Star bucket works
Taken from the MEGA STRONG catalogue. Material passes between the star discs. Fines drop through; larger fraction is lifted and stays in the bucket.
- Abrasion-resistant polymer stars — elastic, no locking, no disc damage in work.
- Disc layout moves oversize upward and keeps it in the chamber.
- The operator controls shaft speed to match the material.
- Replaceable HARDOX inner covers protect bearings and stiffen the structure.
- Reinforced body keeps geometry under load.
- One shaft swap takes about 15 minutes. Full service needs only three wrench sizes.
