What we repair
Scope after inspection. Typical shop jobs below.
- Front and side cutting edges — HARDOX 500 or the grade specified with the order.
- Cracked shell or hitch: weld prep, MAG / FCAW, inspection after welding.
- Tooth adapters and wear caps — CAT / JCB system matching the bucket.
- Wear-plate reinforcement on the wrapper and sides.
- Quick-coupler and adapter-plate rebuild: pins, bushes, contact faces.
- Paint after repair and release documents.
For a quote we need the carrier make and model, photos of the damage (shell, edge, hitch) and whether the bucket stays pin-on or goes on a coupler. After inspection we say what is worth saving and when a new catalogue bucket is cheaper.
Repair or a new bucket
A rebuild pays when the shell and hitch are sound and wear is mainly on the edge or sides. A cracked hitch, a folded wrapper or a bucket already welded many times in the field is often cheaper to replace with a new ALP / ALS for the same machine.
Warranty covers the work we carried out — not the whole attachment if the shell was built elsewhere.
